Yes. All data is hosted in Azure South Africa North (Johannesburg). We sign a POPIA Data Processing Agreement, with consent logs and retention policies built-in.
Does it work offline on remote sites with no signal? +
Yes. Our Android/iOS PWA caches projects, DSRs and photos. Work fully offline, then auto-syncs when back in coverage with conflict resolution.
Will it help with CIDB grading and NHBRC enrolments? +
Absolutely. Built-in CIDB works register, NHBRC project enrolment pack export, and COIDA Letter of Good Standing expiry alerts.
